Beauty Works products are typically dispatched more quickly. Please allow:

- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to guarantee amendments once an order has been processed. Glam Bar Beauty cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Missing, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
Couriers may require up to 10 working days to investigate parcels that are considered lost. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier has completed its investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs, where applicable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Beauty Works Hair Extensions
Beauty Works products may be exchanged (not refunded) provided:
- The security seal remains intact
- The product is unused
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request is submitted within 72 hours of recorded delivery
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Glam Bar Beauty.
